Why Rent from Borba Property Group?

Finding the perfect home to rent can be a challenge. That’s why at Borba Property Group, we do everything we can to simplify finding and renting a home, giving you the help you deserve. And, if you ever need to move, you’ll want to stay in the Borba Property Group family, since we can make moving to a different available apartment even easier.

Once you are moved into your new apartment home, you’ll appreciate all the little things that make being a resident at a Borba-managed property great. We answer maintenance requests in a timely fashion and offer easy online payments for your convenience.

In gratitude to our US Military for their service, Borba Property Group will now be waiving all rental applications fees to US Veterans. Please submit a copy of your Veterans ID Card for a refund of your application fee.

APPROVED APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT DEPOSIT NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS OF APPROVAL.  MOVE IN MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF APPROVAL, NO EXCEPTIONS

Income Requirements

 

  •  Monthly gross combined income to qualify must be 2.5 times the rent (calculated based on applicants portion of rent only).
  • Applicant(s) must be able to provide 30 days most recent paystubs.
  • All sources of income must be verifiable. Income verification is completed through your bank; if your income is unverifiable through bank deposits, application will be denied.
  • If you are self-employed, we require tax returns for the previous 2 years.

 

Rental History

 

  • Your previous residencies must be free of evictions, judgments, and unpaidrents

 

Pets

 

  • Policies on pets vary according to the property (please call or email us for specifics)
  • Pet policies are strictly enforced. The resident must provide an additional deposit, proof of pet insurance, and pictures of each pet.

 

Credit History

 

  • To determine creditworthiness to lease, we run a report through a credit reporting agency. We accept a minimum credit score of 620 (some properties are more restrictive; call the Leasing Department for details on a specific property).
  • Please note: the deposit will be based on your credit score.
  • Bankruptcies aged over 3 years will be accepted if there are no negative tradelines after the Bankruptcy was filed.

 

Occupancy


 

  • The number of occupants is limited to two (2) persons per bedroom plus one (1) additional person. All occupants, 18 years of age and over must apply.
  • Please Note: There is a NONREFUNDABLE $55 application fee for each adult over 18 years of age. As a thank you to all active military and veterans, Borba Property Group will refund your application fee upon receipt of military ID or proof of Veteran status.

  • Most viewings are self-guided (7 days a week through Showmojo); you can book an appointment through the link attached to the website ad. Select the time and date to view unit/property through the link.
